Point Reyes is located along the west coast of California approximately 30 miles (50 km) north of San Francisco. Travelers may approach the park from the winding scenic Highway 1, either from the north or the south. Visitors can also reach the park via Sir Francis Drake Boulevard or the Point Reyes/Petaluma Road.

National Park Service and Federal Aviation Administration Announce Proposed Air Tour Management Voluntary Agreement for San Francisco Bay Area Parks
The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Park Service announce the availability of a proposed commercial air tour management voluntary agreement for Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Muir Woods National Monument, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, and Point Reyes National Seashore. A 30-day public review period on the proposed agreement begins on December 2, 2025. Public comments can be submitted through the NPS Planning, Environment and Public Comment website from December 2, 2025, through January 2, 2026.

Point Reyes National Seashore Seeks Concessionaire to Provide Recreational Horse Services and Activities
Point Reyes National Seashore is seeking proposals to provide guided horseback rides, horse boarding, and horse camp services at Five Brooks Stables and Five Brooks Horse Camp. The selected concessioner will provide these services over a 10-year term.
